About Snagged Goods
Snagged Goods is an independent online retailer based in San Diego, California. We are a small, owner-operated business — not a marketplace, not a brand, and not a manufacturer. We work directly with suppliers, distributors and brands to sell their products direct to customers in the United States.
What we do
Popular products quietly drop in price all the time, and shoppers almost never hear about it. Finding them is our whole job.
We handle the scouting, and you get one simple checkout. Because we work directly with the supplier, everything ships straight from the people who make it. That is the whole idea, and there is nothing more complicated behind it.
How we operate
We research before we buy. We follow the categories we carry closely, and we list a product when we can get it at a price worth passing on. If we cannot, we leave it alone.
We work with the maker, not around them. Every product here belongs to the manufacturer or brand that makes it. We carry it under a supply arrangement with them or with their distributor, and their stock levels, specifications and fulfillment are what we work from.
We hold no stock of our own. Every order is packed and dispatched by the supplier who holds the product. That is a deliberate trade: no warehouse of our own, in exchange for honest delivery ranges rather than next-day promises. Our timings are published in full on the Shipping page.
Many of our brand partners reach us through Shopify Collective, a direct supply arrangement with the brand or its distributor. Anker, Wooj Design, Hauteloom, Fuse Audio and others come to us that way. Stock levels, specifications and fulfillment come from them.
What we will not do
- We do not invent specifications. We publish what the manufacturer publishes, and we say where it came from. Where a maker has published nothing, our listing says so rather than filling the gap with a guess.
- We do not use struck-through reference prices. You will not find a crossed-out number here that nobody ever charged.
- We do not claim relationships we do not have. See the reseller notice below.
- We do not hide the trade-off. You give up a shop to walk into, next-day delivery, and a salesperson. If you need any of those for a particular purchase, buy it retail — we would rather tell you that than sell you the wrong thing.
Independent reseller notice
Where Snagged Goods sells a branded product, we sell it as an independent reseller. Unless a listing states otherwise explicitly, Snagged Goods is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by that brand, and we do not represent ourselves as its authorized dealer.
All product names, brand names, logos and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and appear on this site only to identify the product being sold. Manufacturer warranties, where they exist, are the manufacturer's to honor rather than ours — our own promise is thirty days, any reason.
Buying from us
- Payment. Processed securely through Shopify Payments. We never see or store your card details, and the site runs on HTTPS across every page.
- Shipping. $8 flat within the US, free on orders over $70, always tracked. Full timings and rates.
- Returns. Thirty days from delivery, any reason. If an item is faulty or not as described, returning it costs you nothing. Full returns policy.

- Your data. Handled under our Privacy Policy. Terms of sale are set out in our Terms of Service.
