1. Who we are

This store sells consumer goods sourced from third-party manufacturers, brands, distributors and suppliers with whom we hold supply arrangements. We do not manufacture any of the products we sell — we are an independent retailer, reselling other companies' products. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Products and descriptions

Product specifications on this site are supplier-stated — they come from the manufacturer, and we say so on the listings. We reproduce them accurately and we do not invent figures. Where a supplier has not published a specification, our listing says that rather than guessing.

Colors on a screen differ from colors in a room. Minor variation between the photographs and the item you receive is normal and is not a defect. If what arrives is materially different from the listing, that is covered — see Returns & Refunds.

We do not own or represent any third-party brand unless a listing explicitly says so.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where applicable. Prices can change without notice, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay for that order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order — including one already placed — if a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, if stock is unavailable, or if we suspect fraud. You will be refunded in full.

4. Orders and delivery

An order confirmation email is an acknowledgment that we received your order, not acceptance of it. Acceptance happens when we dispatch. Delivery times on our Shipping page are estimates based on typical performance, not guarantees.

5. Returns

Our returns terms are set out on the Returns & Refunds page and form part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

6. Warranty

Products are sold with whatever warranty the manufacturer provides, which varies by product and which we do not extend or guarantee ourselves. Separately from any manufacturer warranty, our 30-day faulty-or-not-as-described policy applies to every order.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use this site to break the law, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, or attempt to interfere with its operation. We may refuse service to anyone who does.

9. Intellectual property

The text, layout and design of this site are ours. Product photographs and specifications supplied by manufacturers remain theirs.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published here when you place your order. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and the courts of California have exclusive jurisdiction.

The questions people actually ask

Do you make this yourselves?

No. Snagged Goods is an independent retailer — we do not manufacture anything we sell. Every product here is made by someone else, and we carry it under a supply arrangement with that maker, their brand, or their distributor. Where a product carries a brand name, we sell it as an independent reseller, and the listing says so plainly.

So why is it cheaper here?

Because we buy at the moment the price drops. Popular products quietly come down all the time — a sale run, a new production batch, a supplier clearing stock, a model changeover — and shoppers almost never hear about it. Finding those moments is our whole job. Our price is what we actually paid plus our own margin, and when our cost goes back up, so does our price.

How long until it turns up?

It depends which supplier it ships from. Most of what we sell is held by a US supplier and arrives in 2–7 days. A few products come from overseas and typically take 8–14 days. Everything is tracked from the moment it ships. If an order mixes the two, it arrives in separate parcels with separate tracking.

Is there a warranty?

Some products come with the manufacturer's own warranty. Where one exists, the listing names the manufacturer — and it is theirs to honor, not ours. We do not add a warranty of our own on top, and we will not imply one.

What we promise on every order, warranty or not: thirty days to send it back for any reason, and a replacement or refund if it arrives faulty or not as described.

What if it arrives damaged or faulty?

Email us with your order number and a photo or short video. We will replace it or refund you in full, whichever you prefer, and you will not pay return shipping. In most cases we will not ask you to send the item back at all.

Can I return it if I just don't like it?

Yes — thirty days from delivery, in the condition it arrived in and with its packaging. Contact us first and we will issue a return authorization along with the correct return address, since returns go back to the supplier who dispatched your order rather than to a single address. On a change-of-mind return you cover the cost of sending it back.

Are the specifications on this page verified?

They are supplier-stated, and labeled that way. Where we have not measured something ourselves we do not claim we have, and where the supplier publishes nothing, the listing says nothing rather than filling the gap with a plausible-looking number. If a figure turns out to be wrong, tell us and we will correct the page.
