  • Payment information — handled by Shopify and its payment processors. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Device and usage information — IP address, browser, pages viewed, and how you reached the site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
  • Anything you send us — the contents of emails or contact-form messages.

Why we collect it

  • To take payment, fulfil your order and give you tracking.
  • To answer your questions and handle returns.
  • To detect and prevent fraud.
  • To understand which products and pages people actually use, so we can stock better.
  • To send marketing emails only if you opted in. Every one has an unsubscribe link.

Who we share it with

Only the parties who need it to get your order to you:

  • Shopify — hosts this store and processes payments. See Shopify's privacy policy.
  • Our suppliers and their carriers — receive your name and shipping address so the parcel can be delivered. Nothing more.
  • Analytics and email providers — receive usage data and, where you've subscribed, your email address.
  • Law enforcement or regulators — where we're legally required to respond.

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies

The store uses cookies to keep your cart working, remember your session, and measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; the cart and checkout may stop working properly if you do.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as we're required to for tax and accounting purposes. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe.
