Before you write

  • Where's my order? Tracking goes out by email as soon as a number exists, and can sit quiet for the first few days. Full timings are on the Shipping page.
  • Something's wrong with it? Send your order number and a photo. We'll replace or refund — see Returns & Refunds.
  • Starting a return? Contact us first. We'll issue a return authorization and the correct return address in writing — see Returns & Refunds.
  • Asking about a spec we don't list? Ask. If the supplier hasn't published it, we'd rather go and find out than guess at it.
