Do you make this yourselves?

No. Snagged Goods is an independent retailer — we do not manufacture anything we sell. Every product here is made by someone else, and we carry it under a supply arrangement with that maker, their brand, or their distributor. Is there a warranty?

What if it arrives damaged or faulty?

Email us with your order number and a photo or short video. We will replace it or refund you in full, whichever you prefer, and you will not pay return shipping. In most cases we will not ask you to send the item back at all.

Can I return it if I just don't like it?

Yes — thirty days from delivery, in the condition it arrived in and with its packaging. Contact us first and we will issue a return authorization along with the correct return address, since returns go back to the supplier who dispatched your order rather than to a single address. On a change-of-mind return you cover the cost of sending it back.
