About this product

Dogberry Collections Acoustic Slat Wall Panels in Smoked Oak deliver both beauty and function — real wood slats finished in a deep, sophisticated brown-gray tone paired with dark acoustic felt backing that actively absorbs sound and reduces echo.

Each 2-panel pack covers approximately 15 sq ft with panels standing nearly 8 feet tall (94″ × 9.5″ each). The smoked finish is richer and warmer than traditional stains, with dimensional character from the wood smoking process that pairs beautifully with leather, dark metal, and natural textures. The acoustic felt between slats softens room acoustics without the visual bulk of traditional panels — ideal for media rooms, home offices, dining areas, and open living spaces where you want to improve clarity and reduce reverberation.

Lightweight at 27.6 lbs per pack and easy to customize — cut to height with a standard miter or circular saw. Mount with construction adhesive or finishing nails to drywall. Handcrafted and built to last, these panels bring warmth and sophistication while solving real sound challenges.

Do you make this yourselves?

No. Snagged Goods is an independent retailer — we do not manufacture anything we sell. Every product here is made by someone else, and we carry it under a supply arrangement with that maker, their brand, or their distributor. Where a product carries a brand name, we sell it as an independent reseller, and the listing says so plainly.

So why is it cheaper here?

Because we buy at the moment the price drops. Popular products quietly come down all the time — a sale run, a new production batch, a supplier clearing stock, a model changeover — and shoppers almost never hear about it. Finding those moments is our whole job. Our price is what we actually paid plus our own margin, and when our cost goes back up, so does our price.

How long until it turns up?

It depends which supplier it ships from. Most of what we sell is held by a US supplier and arrives in 2–7 days. A few products come from overseas and typically take 8–14 days. Everything is tracked from the moment it ships. If an order mixes the two, it arrives in separate parcels with separate tracking.

Is there a warranty?

Some products come with the manufacturer's own warranty. Where one exists, the listing names the manufacturer — and it is theirs to honor, not ours. We do not add a warranty of our own on top, and we will not imply one.

What we promise on every order, warranty or not: thirty days to send it back for any reason, and a replacement or refund if it arrives faulty or not as described.

What if it arrives damaged or faulty?

Email us with your order number and a photo or short video. We will replace it or refund you in full, whichever you prefer, and you will not pay return shipping. In most cases we will not ask you to send the item back at all.

Can I return it if I just don't like it?

Yes — thirty days from delivery, in the condition it arrived in and with its packaging. Contact us first and we will issue a return authorization along with the correct return address, since returns go back to the supplier who dispatched your order rather than to a single address. On a change-of-mind return you cover the cost of sending it back.

Are the specifications on this page verified?

They are supplier-stated, and labeled that way. Where we have not measured something ourselves we do not claim we have, and where the supplier publishes nothing, the listing says nothing rather than filling the gap with a plausible-looking number. If a figure turns out to be wrong, tell us and we will correct the page.
